What is included in session price?

I believe in simplicity. All sessions are designed to be as straightforward as possible. All final edited images are delivered via secure digital album with print release. The guaranteed amount of final images depends on the type of session:
Mini Session-20 images
Family session/Milestone- 30 images
Extended Family Session- 40 images
Wedding/Event- Determined by hours of coverage

Use of mini client closet if requested.
Travel within 15 miles of Andover, MN is included. All prices are for outdoor or in-home sessions.
Any additional travel, need to rent a studio, or use of photographer's backdrops in-home will affect pricing.

Do I have to order prints through SZ Photography?

Not at all! While I do offer print ordering at an additional and very reasonable fee, your images are yours to print/download/share as you desire once delivered. If you need help picking a print shop, don't hesitate to ask!

When will we get our photos?

Your will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within maximum 2 weeks (sometimes less depending on the season I photograph your story). You can download all the photos from the gallery but also share them, choose your favorites, and also order prints!

What should I/we wear?

Comfort is KEY for any type of session, as is confidence. There is no hard and fast rules for what to wear/not wear. If you would like individual guidance or advice please feel free to reach out to me for ideas prior to your session.

For little ones- I do offer a variety of outfit options for kids with my mini client closet at no additional fee. Please inquire if interested!

How do I book a session?

All sessions require a deposit of 25% to hold the date/time. Deposits for mini-session events are non-refundable if cancelled within 48 hours of event.
Deposits for regular sessions can be transferred to another date within 60 days of original session in the event of a reschedule due to illness/weather.

What is your late/cancellation policy?

I will always do my best to be flexible to accommodate a client. That being said, please plan enough time to get to your session. Whether that be getting the kids ready or fighting rush hour traffic. If you are running late, please let me know. I put a great deal of effort and time into scheduling. Unfortunately, any delay will result in a shorter session (ex: if you are 10 minutes late to a 30 minute session, the session will now take place in the remaining 20 minutes).
If you are more than 20 minutes late without contact, you will forfeit your deposit and I will have the right to cancel the session. In the event of my tardiness, I will communicate that with you and your session time will not be affected.

Life happens. Kids get sick, cars break down. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please try to give me 48 hours notice. Your deposit can be put toward a new date within 60 days of original session date.
If you happen to fall ill the day of your session, please reschedule. I work with all age groups and would hate to pass on anything to my clients.
Due to the nature of these shoots: **MINI SESSION EVENT deposits are non-refundable in the event of cancellation within 48 hours.
If weather or photographer illness forces a cancellation, you may reschedule or receive your deposit back and cancel.
